Booking Terms and Conditions

Review our policies for a smooth travel experience

We believe in providing a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions before confirming your adventure.

Payments and Confirmation

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total safari cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before your travel date.

  • Payments can be made by bank wire to our bank account.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel or amend your booking, the following refund policy applies:

  • 90 days before your trip: Non-refundable policy applies

  • 60 – 31 days before your trip: 30% of your trip cost

  • 30 days or less before your trip: 100% Cancellation fees applies

Pricing Inclusions

Your safari package includes:

  • Safari vehicle and professional driver/guide as per itinerary

  • All meals while on safari

  • Entrance fees to parks and game reserves

  • Full-time support and assistance from our team

Please note: Prices are subject to change if there are major shifts in accommodation rates, park entry fees, airline tariffs, or currency exchange rates. We may also adjust itineraries when necessary to ensure optimal travel conditions.

Transport

Transport will be provided in comfortable minivans or 4×4 Land Cruiser jeeps with pop-up roofs—depending on your chosen itinerary and group size.

Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust tour arrangements should circumstances require it

  • Cancel or reschedule a tour if necessary

  • Decline or discontinue services to any participant in the interest of safety or group harmony, in which case any unused portion will be fairly refunded

All rates are based on prevailing operational costs and tariffs at the time of booking.

Liability

Susako Tours and Safaris, its agents, and subcontractors act only as agents for the various services provided. We cannot be held responsible for injury, delays, loss, or damage of any kind.

Our liability for passengers in our vehicles is limited to the laws of the country in which the safari takes place. Any legal claims will fall under the jurisdiction of local courts.

We also cannot be held accountable for loss or damage to personal luggage and belongings.
